- Minimum loan amount 50,000 Euros
- 100% of purchase price product available(Property price not including estate agent and Notaire fees) the loan amount must be in excess of 300,000 Euros and fixed rates are available for the entire term of the loan up to a maximum term of 25 years. Strict affordability rules apply to this product
