Brief Lending Criteria
- Maximum 70% Loan to Value available for purchase or re-finance of the purchase price or valuation of the property which ever is lower
- Up to 30 years term (up to the age of 70)
- Repayment and Interest Only for the first 6 years
- Minimum loan amount £100,000 or currency equivalent and has no redemption penalties after 3 years, ther is also the option to have the loan in sterling
The time scale for arranging a foreign mortgage is longer than that of a UK mortgage. Please allow yourself sufficient time for your application to be processed.
