Brief Lending Criteria
- Maximum 80% Loan to Value
- Up to 30 year term (up to the age of 80)
- Repayment and Interest Only options available
- Minimum loan amount 50,000 Euros
- Full Status only
- Remortgage products are available up to 60% for those wanting to raise capital up to age 75 and the capital raised can be used for any purpose
- Refinance products available up to 60% with costs being covered by the bank
The time scale for arranging a foreign mortgage is longer than that of a UK mortgage. Please allow yourself sufficient time for your application to be processed.
